At mypodcases, we offer free standard shipping worldwide on every order. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times
United States: 7–12 business days
Canada: 8–14 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 8–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime at mypodcases.com/pages/track-my-order.
Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@mypodcases.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
